What are the common maintenance requirements for beer filling machines?

A fermentation tank is a closed container or biological reaction device used for cultivating microorganisms or cells. It is a special equipment for material fermentation and can be used for research, analysis, or production. Used for material fermentation in industries such as biotechnology, fine chemicals, food, dairy products, seasonings, brewing, beverages, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, etc.

After continuous fermentation, the fermentation products of the fermentation tank are transferred to the refining area through pipelines. Before the second fermentation, the fermentation tank needs to be cleaned and maintained. The maintenance of fermentation tanks includes the following:

1. Maintenance of the mixer: After each opening of the tank cover, check and tighten the stop screws installed in each component of the mixing shaft.

2. Adjustment of the position of the upper magnetic steel: The normal distance between the upper magnetic steel and the bottom of the tank is 1-1.5mm. If the distance is too small, the bottom surface of the upper magnetic steel will touch the tank body, which will cause the mixing shaft to fail to rotate or jump with significant noise; If the spacing is too large, it will cause a decrease in the magnetic force between the upper and lower magnets. When the fermentation broth is viscous, the mixer may stop rotating and accompanied by loud noise.

3. Bearing replacement: After one to two years of use, if the bearing noise significantly increases or the mixing shaft shows obvious oscillation, the bearing needs to be replaced. Remove the bottom cover of the bearing, remove the shaft head screws and bearing cover, remove the bottom cover of the bearing, remove the retaining spring at the lower end of the bearing seat, take out the mixing shaft from top to bottom, remove the bearing and replace it, and reinstall it.

4. Replacement of filter element: Due to the large amount of dust in the air, the micropores on the filter element will gradually become clogged after a certain period of time. This can cause serious insufficient air flow and increased air pressure drop, and may also lead to bacterial contamination. At this time, replacement is necessary. When idle, the filter element should be removed from the air filter and the condensed water in the filter should be drained.

5. Maintenance of solenoid valve: The solenoid valve is used for cooling the fermentation tank. The valve core of the solenoid valve is stuck, the sealing ring of the valve core fails, and the damage of the solenoid coil can all cause the failure of the solenoid valve. Fault diagnosis: Under normal conditions of ensuring the operation of the circulation pump and the circulation pipeline, the reason for the temperature only dropping without increasing significantly is due to a leakage of the solenoid valve or a stuck valve core, and the other reason may be a burnt out electric heater. Press the water injection switch, the water injection switch indicator light is on, but the upper end face of the solenoid valve is non-magnetic, no cooling water is discharged, and the coil is damaged; The water injection switch indicator light is not on, and the F1 (Really) fuse in the control box is burnt out. Turn off the solenoid valve, there is coolant leakage from the drain port, the valve core seal fails or debris gets stuck in the valve core.

6. Maintenance of ball valve: Due to the fact that the sealing components inside the ball valve are made of two hemispherical tetrafluoroethylene, there may be leakage between the sealing components and the valve core after long-term use. Loosen the sleeve joint nuts at both ends of the valve, and then tighten the cylindrical joints at both ends of the valve (under normal circumstances, there should be some resistance when rotating the valve handle).

7. Leakage of the card sleeve joint: simply tighten the pressure cap on the street.

8. Air hose: To prevent the hose connected to both ends of the air flow meter from accidentally bursting, it is recommended to replace the hose every two years.

9. After fermentation is completed and sterilized, it should be cleaned in a timely manner. During installation, the air distributor should be reset, and the gasket of the feeding hole should be replaced in a timely manner. If the bottom valve leaks water, the bottom valve gasket should also be replaced.
