Equipment for leaching and extracting components contained in plant products
The extraction tank is a commonly used leaching and extraction equipment in pharmaceutical and chemical industries, which is particularly suitable for extracting the components contained in plant products. The structure has a tank body, and a screw or rotary propeller with an axial position device inside the tank body is connected to a rotating shaft plate outside the tank body. The feature is that it has a set of inclined continuous countercurrent leaching extraction single tanks, and the discharge ports and inlet ports are connected to form a connecting device. The lower part of each single tank body has a feeding port, the lower part has a residual liquid discharge port, and the upper part of the tank body has a liquid inlet or exhaust port, The lower part has a discharge port.
