Energy Saving Double Effect Thin/Rising Film Vacuum Evaporator

2.Liquid concentration: The equipment adopts external heating natural cycling mode and vacuum negative pressure evaporating mode, with instant evaporation and great concentrated specific gravity up to 1.4. The liquid materials are concentrated without foam under the completely sealed status. 

3.The cleaning is convenient. Just open the upper and lower covers of the heater. The operation is convenient, the space is small, the appearance is beautiful and the heater, evaporator and heat preservation are completely equipped before leaving the factory.

4.The parts of the equipment contacting with liquid materials are made of AISI304 stainless steel. The heat preservation adopts polyurethane foaming or pearl cotton and the exterior surface adopts grinding semi- luster polishing.
